RESTRICTIONS ON SHARE DEALINGS

Employees are prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares during price sensitive periods. In line with regulatory and governance requirements, they must furthermore disclose their and their concert parties’ dealings in the company’s shares to the company secretary.
